Disappointed

Second time writing a review I bought this phone for work purposes, the app on the phone works but however wifi and data disconnects automatically when the phone screen is off then I am unable to receive calls. I have not had any issues with this before as I do have another phone that I use. my phone is not even 7 days old but I tried going to the store and they literally make me feel as though I am lying. I went to the store twice and I did not get any help they only told me that they need to physically see the problem first before I can tlbe assisted said the regional manager.. I am rely frustrated all I need is for the phone to be exchanged or get my money back so that I can work in peace.
