Router only worked for 2 weeks and I lost my slip

This is not on, I bought this router at Ackermans in Witbank 2 weeks ago, I lost the slip and now it's not working. I'm so disappointed

Poor Quality Battery

I bought a Mobicel mifi router model V6_1 that only worked for less than a month after I purchased it. I bought it in Port St Johns and I reside in Johannesburg and it so happened that I was only there for less than two weeks after purchasing it.

My mifi has not worked ever since I bought it... I'm not happy

I bought a Mobicel mifi router model V6_1 that only worked for about a month after I purchased it from Arkermans outlet in Port St Johns, Eastern Cape. This is unfortunate since I was only there for a short period and I reside in Johannesburg.
